What you’ll do: ✔️ Lead and support a team of caregivers ✔️ Ensure high-quality, person-centred care ✔️ Work closely with clients, families, and professionals ✔️ Help shape a positive, caring team culture ✔️ Provide training and guidance
What we’re looking for: ✨ Experience in a care leadership or supervisory role 🚗 Access to a car and full driving licence 📄 Willing to complete Access NI & register with NISCC 💬 Great communication and people skills 💙 A caring, compassionate approach
